Our regular training runs are on Thursday nights unless otherwise stated. Meet at St Johns hall opposite the Wheatsheaf pub 6.20pm for 6.30 start. ( Every week Shaun will email details of the weeks training and what we'll be up to)
Summer runs. We make the most of the long evenings and head for the hills as much as possible. some runs involve driving to the start so make sure you read your emails to find out what time to meet.
Winter runs. Dark nights don't stop us heading out off road so where hi vis, head torch and off road shoes where recommended.
