Cathy Lawford Level 3 Personal Trainer.
Training takes place at 6.15pm every Friday.
Club members meet at Gym and Tonic, Hay-on-Wye, unless prior arrangements have been made.

We like to think at HH that our training suits everyone from novice joggers to race level and that, for me is the challenge - to motivate and encourage all our members simultaneous.

I've designed a unique 7 week training loop which keeps our training fresh, interesting and up to date with the latest of running science. We examine different aspects of the sport, to offer take-home training ideals clients can utilise and feel inspired by.

As a Personal Trainer and with 8 years of teaching experience in this industry (Fitness Instructor of the Year Wales 2006) I'll give you solid ideas for warm ups, cool downs, nutrition, injuries, and technique.

Added to this, we have a great time out together, particularly after training or racing, with core of tenacious, interesting people who'll welcome new members into the fold.
