The famous Hay Hotfooters annual race. A beautiful 10k race in the Begwyn hills, a National Trust site above Llowes, near Hay-on-Wye.
A hilly trail race for runners. Not suitable for wheelchairs
Entry cost is £20 for affiliated club runners and £22 for non-affiliated runners

Parking at Gogia Farm, signed from HR3 5JA on A 438 at Llowes. There is a 10 minute walk from the parking area to the H.Q. site. As the run is on National Trust land, please use this car park. Please allow plenty of time to collect your number and jog to the Start (5 mins).
T-shirts for all runners. Book in advance before 22/05/2026 to guarantee a T-shirt in your size. (Unisex; S, M, L). Toilets on site. Free hot and cold refreshments after the race Free fantastic views of the Brecon Beacons & Black Mountains (if the weather is kind)
